JoJo joined Zinnia in 2024 from Amazon, where she spent eight years in the ecommerce giant’s executive hiring function, placing director and VP-level leaders across its global portfolio of brands.
During her time at Amazon, JoJo contributed to projects spanning almost every continent and each of the multinational’s diverse businesses. Executing director-level searches at Amazon Consumer, Prime Video, Amazon Operations, and building the executive board for Amazon Fresh are just a few of her highlights.
Her experience in global executive search and rigorous approach to candidate assessment adds great depth to Zinnia’s collaborative model.
