Ian co-founded Zinnia with a clear vision: to combine his extensive executive search experience and insight gained from working in the tech industry.
Prior to Zinnia, Ian spent 18 months helping a US-headquartered tech company to scale by launching in multiple EMEA markets, and five years at eBay, where he led executive hiring across EMEA and APAC. His remit later expanded to include all recruiting internationally for eBay, and the company’s classifieds division globally.
His in-house experience is bolstered by several years in boutique search firms, specialising in identifying and placing impactful leaders across digital, technology and professional services.
Having sat on both sides of the table, Ian has a deep understanding of what clients need. He’s continually focused on how Zinnia can refine every interaction to deliver an excellent experience for clients.
