Having worked in the search industry for nearly two decades, mainly for boutique firms, Zinnia is the second executive search company Andrew has co-founded.
The first, Demeter, was bought out by a larger organisation, where Andrew led the combined digital practice globally until he was inspired to venture into a partnership with Ian - whom he’d met in a previous role - to form Zinnia.
Together, they sought to craft an executive search consultancy with a difference - one built on transparency, collaboration and rigorous high standards.
Andrew thrives on complex challenges, using data and experience-backed insight to deliver high-performing leaders for companies in the technology space, ranging from VC-backed start-ups and disrupters to established corporations.
